About ClerkMinutes
Founded in 2024, ClerkMinutes is a product of HeyGov.
After spending over 15 years building for TownWeb and ClerkWare for municipal governments across hundreds of municipalities, we kept seeing the same gap. Agenda platforms that handled everything except the one thing Clerks actually hated.
ClerkMinutes exists because the people running local government were left out of the software that was supposed to help them.
The alternatives are point solutions. Transcription tools that don't understand government syntax, document editors that don't know what a consent agenda is, and calendar systems that don't embed agendas the way your municipality requires. Use them and you're still the handoff. Still the one moving files between systems. Still the one who knows where everything is because there's no other option.
So, we built the thing nobody else wanted to solve.
