Got a ClerkMinutes question? Pop in during Office Hours!

Remember college office hours? Same idea, just for ClerkMinutes.

Every Thursday, pop in with “Professor” Atanas to ask questions, learn how to do something, troubleshoot an issue, or see what’s new in ClerkMinutes.

It’s part training, part troubleshooting, and part clerk-to-clerk roundtable. Bring a question. Leave knowing something new.

Anybody can come, whether you are a paying customer or still on your free trial. It’s here for you to learn.

Questions

Before you register

How long is a session, and do I have to stay the whole time?

Each slot is 30 minutes, and the hour holds two of them. Stay for the part that is useful to you and drop off when your question is answered.

What should I bring?

One question is enough. Bring the meeting that will not behave, the template you want to change, or the step in your workflow that takes longer than it should. We can open it live and work through it together.

Do I have to be a paying customer?

No. Paying customers and people on a free trial are equally welcome, and you do not need to have used ClerkMinutes before. Come and learn.

Is this a sales demo?

No. It is a working session, not a pitch: you bring a question and we answer it. If what you want is a guided walkthrough of the product, book a demo instead.

What if Thursday never works?

Two other options cover the same ground: the product tour walks through the full workflow, and the documentation answers setup, recording, and billing questions any time of day.
